Description: I was responsible for researching international employer branding and recommending an initial step for DB to take. I also had several translation projects (German into English) and helped with the Personal-Kongress.
Comments: I definitely improved my German, learned more about German corporate life and structure, and was introduced into the world of employer branding., which I had no experience with. I also developed the skills for researching with minimal sources and improved my presenting and communicating skills.
Personally rewarding: Building relationships with people and becoming acquainted with a new business field. [...] I got to know really interesting and smart people who treated me with kindness and respect and helped me learn the culture and language better.
